New Service Log All

Automatic Billing For Developmental Therapy and No Show:

a. When a service provider enters a service log for Developmental Therapy, TEIDS will automatically create a corresponding billing and approve it if the service complies with the intensity and duration defined on the planned service.

b. On the Invoice Report Criteria screen, there is a checkbox called "Developmental Therapy Agencies Only?". If state administrator checks on this, the invoice report will only show the agencies that have developmental therapy billing approved during the period. State office can also choose a specific agency and generate the invoice report.

c. When a service provider enters a “No show” service log,  TEIDS will automatically create a billing with corresponding billing rate (currently at $18 per no-show) and approve the billing if it happens only one time within a calendar month.  This applies to all the services, not just developmental therapy. If there is a TEIS payor in payor 1, payor 2 and payor 3, then TEIS will pay for the no-show. If there is no TEIS payor in payor1, payor 2, and payor 3, then TEIDS will create a billing record on payor 1 with corresponding billing rate (currently at $18 per no-show) and disapprove it.
